My mobile phone screen got damaged 2 moths back, so i called Gadgetcops customer care, they said that there executive will come within 48 hours to pickup the phone, so i said ok, there executive called me after 3 days, at that time i was not at home so i said u come in evening or next day, the guy ok.
i waited for next day, than again i called them they said" that sir ur complaint is closed because u were not at home." i said ok . and they we taking ur complaint again it will take 2-3 days.
i called them again they said " sir ur claim is not yet approved, you have to wait,
i called them after 10 days, they your claim will be processed within 2-3 days.
Again i called them they said our executive will collect your within 48 hours .
after 2 days i called them they said, " sir your complaint is closed because you did't pick the phone.
No body calls me, and you have my address your guy should have picked up phone from there itself.
again new complaint, new approval and now i am sick this.
Please any body do somthing about this company they are fraud.
