I am waiting for our handset.I was calling from last 15 days. ..first of all nobody is picking up the calls and if some one picked it up he/she always say give me two-three days more and no dead line for return repaired hand set, I will forward your complain. But no response from them from last 23 days.

no update on customer care by anybody.
no update on customer care by ayushi

no update on customer care by deepika.
today again say that she update me now on Monday.
Finaly, now i want if handset can't be repair then please give me my insureds money.

Updated by shil jain Finaly, now i want if handset can't be repair then please give me my insureds money. now i can't do more wait for handset. now i think go to consumer court for finance lose (due to my hole business is online) and mentally harassment.

Its high time now...!!! i dont want to use any abusive conversation here even when i want to... You people are fooling your customers as they are made for the same reason.I am already fed up from calling your customer care as it mostly redirects me to your voice-mail, which is completely useless as you people dont reply about that. Another thing i want to say i that... Dont act like cheap fund begging firms and at least get a toll-free no. for the sake your your company's reputation(which is already ruined in every possible manner) so at least the customer may not have to pay the call charges which are worthless and are of no use. All the posts that i can see on your wall are such, that they pose you as a FRAUD, CHEAT, and someone eating our money and souls with poor service quality... Not to mention that you are actually selling extended service only... and still unable to provide it... "One hell of an irony isn't it" I have decided to file a legal complaint in the consumer forum tomorrow against your company. No matter how much one suffers you guys are making money by cheating the customers drastically.
