Gadgetcops — service pathetic

Thanks to consumer complaints team I got a instant call back from gadget cop. They said we will personally take care for your request. But even after 3 to 4.days the call centre is saying we have not received any approval. Please suggest suggest as it's almost 2-3 months I am not able to use my phone. Regards, Tuhin
