I ordered a ikall slim mobile phone but I was a defective one not working too.. I Lodged a complain but they are not taking serious about this... They are now saying that I have to pay for the Damaged product... Why should I pay for this they are sending defective piece and that also not the product which I ordered ..what the fuk it is... Sabse ghatiya service he inka and service center was saying that they have disconnected with the company... Where should I go...
