[Resolved] Gadgets 360 — Dead mobile received in online order | |||
I was order online to gadgets360 a mobile phone on date 6-3-17 mobile modal celkon millennia Q599 & i received mobile on[protected] mobile is complete dead & without on mobile continue vibrating .next day16-3-17 i was complaint to gadgets 360 to return my mobile, customer care executive advised to me go to nearest celkon mobile service center for make dead on arrival certificate of mobile .but customer care says mobile emei is activated show & mobile is so dead on arrival certificate can;t rays .again i, call to gadget 360 & same detail give him . but they are not give to me any positive response to return mobile .i am continue calling them & mailing but still i am waiting for return mobile .they give me reply your complaint in process . Respected sir, I have ordered unboxed moto e4 plus note in gadgets 360, but I was given unboxed moto e4 plus. It was not the phone ordered. Hi all,
Never ever place order from Gadget 360 .It's India's NO.1 fraud company.
I buyed oppo F9 pro.and when I open it.found dead phone ...and I called gadget 360 call center they said reach to near by customer service center ...and after fighting over their finally received letter from their that declared it's software and hardware is damaged so we can take replacement option.
Then after several follow-ups on mail and calls they taken back cell phone from me and said with in 7 working days refund will be processed..but it's been 2 months refund process is not initiated ...
And 22, 000/- is still with them..unable to update bank account details on their site ..some system glitch, , neither they are providing me payment via cheque ...### company taking customers hard earned money ...
Please advise how to proceed this case further ..
