After viewing the advertisement on t v about sweat slim belts i ordered the same on 05/08/2016 which i received on 06/08/2016. I was told by the delivery boy that if the product is not effective or defective the same shall be replaced or amount will be refunded if the complaint is made within 15 days. I'm trying to reach out to the company over phone but the are not taking my call. Today, also i have tried to call the customer care number but after hearing that i have purchased and want to complain they disconnected. Please help.
