Galaxy Packers & Movers — Damaged goods

We searched online for home movers and packers and after filling the basic enquiry form on Qiqur, we immediately got a call from Mr.Balveer Singh ([protected]).
After a brief conversation, he came for a survey along with one more person and handed us a very low quotation. They even, negotiated it further (verbally) later in the day and once the go ahead was given, they came for the packing and loading work next day morning at around 10 am with a smaller vehicle like Tata Ace (which was supposed to take the stuff to their warehouse in Yashwantpur.
Once, all the stuff was loaded in the vehicle, they left the premises and later on in the day, I got an actual bill which was almost 2X of the original quotation. When sought for clarification, Mr: Amdeep Singh ([protected]) very rudely said, “you can take your stuff back from our ware house in Yashwantpur but you need to pay for the packing and loading charges before that “. They also asked me to pay almost 100% advance of the bill amount (which was 28.7K in this case) otherwise they won't load the stuff for further journey.
In my case there was no option, but to pay the amount as i had already handed over the house keys to the land lord and had already boarded the Bangalore-Pune bus in the evening.
Now the interesting part comes, the goods arrived on third day after the loading in a VERY VERY BAD condition. They had loaded my house hold items next to the very very heavy industrial goods (along with ~10 iron plates with each weighing 1.5 tons).
Unloading the stuff was another drama in which they took three hours to get just unloading work started.

I had shown them the actual condition in which my stuff was loaded (my new 8 days old fridge was kept near the sharp edges of the metal plates) which caused 3 BIG dents on different sides of the fridge. My Honda Activa lying horizontally getting rubbed against vibration caused by the heavy iron plates. When I was complaining about this, they cut me in between and said, “aapka insurance hain na, to kyu tension le rahe hon “. (this will get covered under your insurance policy, don't worry)
After that they had stopped attending my phone calls and messages. Today is the 11th day and there is no reply.
Wish there was provision to give negative rating.
