Refund of admission fees.

I took admission in Galgotias University and paid the admission fee as well as hostel fee on 19 August 2020. The fee was 25, 442 rupees each for admission and hostel, coming to a total of fifty thousand rupees. After I got admission elsewhere and cancelled my Galgotias admission, I submitted email and called up the accounts department for refund. the total was they assured me they will refund the money in 3 months. Galgotias University Not refunding my seat blocking fees

I am application no GAL2100803
I have paid ₹25000 on 08/07/2021 as a seat blocking fees to the university, Now due to Financial Problem I cannot pay the whole fees so, I am asking for a refund, there is no clear answer from the University, the are not replying to mails related to refund, I am trying to contact them for a refund since 27/07/2021, but they are ignoring my emails and not giving proper relevant information.

No fee refund

I have taken admission in Galgotias University for the academic session 2020-22 in the month of November in MA in Journalism and Mass Communication.
But due to pandemic I couldn't go to attend the offline classes and as my subject was more practical oriented I decided to withdraw the admission. Also they have increased the hostel reasons and they were changing the hostel fees again and again without any prior information.

Respected madam /sir
I am Vani Tiwari pursuing ug from your university . As we are all facing an issue of COVID-19 . Due to this reason I was unable to pay my fee of next year in advance and in return LMS is blocked I will not able to give exam which is starting from 20 May . I request you sir to allow me in exam and unblock the Lms.
I will pay my next year fees as soon as possible with fine including in it.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter.

      Fee Refund of 25000

      It's been 7 months Now . After assuring to give admission to book or Confirm a seat i submitted the money later on they started making excuses so i didn't take admission they have said before 25000 fees is fully refundable . But after visiting Galgotias College Account Office 4 times in a leg fractured situation . They are not taking any action and Everytime they give a date . In account office they have given a mail to mail all the details...

      I took admission in galgotias University under Bsc (forensic science) course during may 2019 but immediately due to personal reasons I opted out from the course. I submitted my application during the admission time and they also accepted it and assured me that I will get my fee refund till December. When I got no phone call from them regarding fees refund, I tried to contact them but no one heard my complain and either everyone just keep transferring to different departments or keep giving me wrong numbers. I also visited them but they still just assured me that till December 2020 I will get my refund using covid-19 as a reason for not getting my refund. I still haven't got my refund and they are also not picking up my calls. Kindly help me with this situation.

        I cancelled my admission to galgotias university and went through a procedure which was in the final step. I even have the applications which I submitted to the Finance department Sardar sir. But still even after more than 8 9 months i still haven't heard anything regarding my refund.

        I had also sent a lot of mails since the past year and have got not even a single reply!!
        I'm very troubled and will now go to court for this.

          As per the policy of galgotia University to take money in advance for next year.
          Like we have to submit fees of second year prior to sitting in the final exams of first year.
          So we paid my brother's fees in advance
          But my brother got failed in exams and we demand for the advance money which we paid for next year, but they refused to give any amount.

            As I visit Galgotia College 21 August 2020 for registration in B.Sc (hnrs) Mathematics. Administration staff ask me to fill registration form online then I asked them, Will my study continue in college? They said yes but on 24 August 2020 they call me and said you have to go in university to continue your study for this course which is not possible for me according to situation. Then I ask them to refund my fees but they clearly decline.This is my humble request please refund my registration fee. I will very thankful for you.

                  I have paid rs 65000 towards my admission on 15 th july booking a seat officially but since i got admission in a govt college in delhi i went out there and applied for refund on 31st july 2019
                  And they said they will give refund in november but it is june 2020 but since today they even dont pick our call i am very much humiliated

                    I am sister of ishant rana studing in bba 3rd semester. As i come to know that you are asking for debarred fees for the subject production and operations due to short of 1 day attendence. As informed earlier also he was on leave due to our father was hospitalised in delhi hosipital. How disgusting this is that you are asking the amount for the genuine reason. As you are also aware about the current situation the people are not getting salaries due to current pandemic but still in this difficult time we managed to pay the yearly fees of rs 87000 which is quite a huge amount before starting the semester. May i know how can we manage the amount??? Teacher name is mr reji john. May you please ask from him regarding this

                        I am mahima pursuing pg from your university . As we are all facing an issue of COVID-19 . UNIVERSITY has to cooperate with us . As some of family haven't receive their income /salary then how they can pay a university fee ? I am not able to pay online at this moment .

                          I have resigned on 19th august 2017 and served one and half month notice period till 30th september and completed all the no dues formalities from the university and received my documents (Relieving letter and experience letter). I have not yet received the salary of two month (Aug 2017- sept 2017). I did not get any response of my mails[protected],[protected] and[protected]...), calls and i also personally visited to their office many time from gujarat.in last visit you ensured me to give my check in one week.

                            I have resigned from Galgotias University as an assistant professor in september 2017 bcoz i have been shifted to ahmedabad for following my marriage, i served 45 days notice period and did no dues also but now i am not getting my 2 months salary.                               I am charu, batch of 2011-14 (Mca). I have submitted 20000 (College + hostel) security. Tried many times contacting you but no response. Even visited college many times but still not got my money back. It is not possible for me to travel greater noida frequently as i have my work limitation. Hence i wish immediate intervention of the concerned government authority to instruct college administration to refund my money along with all the interest/penalty till date as per government norms.
