Please don't make me debarred because i am not able to submit debarred fee please help me out

Am writing to tell you that I am not happy with the hostel fees I have been charged but I think the fees are too high i would like you to refund or cancel these fees. I know that hostels need to make money, but these fees are not fair. And there were taken unnecessary hostel

मेने अपनी लड़की के बी-टेक में एडमिशन के लिए गलगोटिया यूनिवर्सिटी नॉएडा में 01.07.2022 को फॉर्म भरा था। उस समय प्रवेश के लिए 12वीं में 60% अंको वाला ही प्रवेश ले सकता था। इसी वजह से मेने एडमिशन के 25 हजार रुपए जमा कर दिए, लेकिन बाद में 60% अंक केवल पी सी एम सब्जेक्ट के लिए कर दिए। लेकिन मेरी लड़की के पी सी एम सब्जेक्ट में 55.5% अंक ही थे और सारे सब्जेक्ट में 63.8% अंक हैं। इसी वजह से प्रवेश नहीं हुआ। लेकिन अब मेने उनसे अपनी फीस वापिस मांगी तो अभी तक उसका कोई जवाब नहीं दे रहे उसके लिए मेने तीन माहीने से लगतार मेल कर रहा हूं उसका अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं मिला है।

इस्लीये मजबूर होकर आपके पास मेल कर रहा हूं कृप्या करके मेरी फीस मुझे वापस दिलाई जाए।

My name is Mohd Faiz and I am a residence of AYODHYA, UP. This complaint is regarding refund of money from GALGOTIA College of engineering .

I was trying to get admission in GALGOTIA college of engineering in the month of SEPTEMBER 2021 and luckily got an offer letter from college saying that you have been selected for the merit based selection process for B.TECH in Electrical and Electronic Engineering .
In that letter they have clearly mentioned that a sum of 25, 000 is to be made for program fee for merit based selection process on or before 30 sept. 2021 .

So, as they have mention my family arranged a sum of 25, 000 and paid the registration fee on 29 sept. 2021 .

After some time, in the month of OCTOBER I decided not to take admission in this college due to some private reasons and ask them for refund of money .
I called their costumer care and ask them the procedure, they told me to write an e-mail to admission office regarding refund of money and you will get your money by 15 DECEMBER 2021 .
At that time I was very in need of money, on 15 DECEMBER when I called them they told me you will get your money by January .
Today is 8th APRIL 2022, still I haven't received any reply from them nor a single rupee .
whenever I called them they say you will get your money ..! when I ask them when they just say talk to other members of our faculty .

They are not in mood of refunding my money when I need them most .

I just want my money to be refunded sir as soon as possible .

My name is Ashish Kumar and I have made the payment for 25000 in Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology for MBA[protected]. I tried a lot to contact them and mailed them about my fees refund but no fruitful action is taken by them till now. They come up with the surety that my seat booking fees will be refunded asap at the time of booking the seat but now they are not even replying to my mail or calls. I even contacted the director of the college but no action is taken by them too.
It's a very unprofessional gesture by such a renounce college to their student.
Kindly refund my fees.

At that time I deposited 20000 rs as security deposit (rs 10000 for Hostel). I visited the college many times but no action has been taken. I have mailed them also but they are not taking any serious action. Please help me to get the refund.

I am Vani Tiwari pursuing ug from your university . As we are all facing an issue of COVID-19 . Due to this reason I was unable to pay my fee of next year in advance and in return LMS is blocked I will not able to give exam which is starting from 20 May . I request you sir to allow me in exam and unblock the Lms.
I will pay my next year fees as soon as possible with fine including in it.

I took admission in galgotias University under Bsc (forensic science) course during may 2019 but immediately due to personal reasons I opted out from the course. I submitted my application during the admission time and they also accepted it and assured me that I will get my fee refund till December. When I got no phone call from them regarding fees refund, I tried to contact them but no one heard my complain and either everyone just keep transferring to different departments or keep giving me wrong numbers. I also visited them but they still just assured me that till December 2020 I will get my refund using covid-19 as a reason for not getting my refund. I still haven't got my refund and they are also not picking up my calls. Kindly help me with this situation.

I cancelled my admission to galgotias university and went through a procedure which was in the final step. I even have the applications which I submitted to the Finance department Sardar sir. But still even after more than 8 9 months i still haven't heard anything regarding my refund.

I had also sent a lot of mails since the past year and have got not even a single reply!!
I'm very troubled and will now go to court for this.

As per the policy of galgotia University to take money in advance for next year.
Like we have to submit fees of second year prior to sitting in the final exams of first year.
So we paid my brother's fees in advance
But my brother got failed in exams and we demand for the advance money which we paid for next year, but they refused to give any amount.

As I visit Galgotia College 21 August 2020 for registration in B.Sc (hnrs) Mathematics. Administration staff ask me to fill registration form online then I asked them, Will my study continue in college? They said yes but on 24 August 2020 they call me and said you have to go in university to continue your study for this course which is not possible for me according to situation. Then I ask them to refund my fees but they clearly decline.This is my humble request please refund my registration fee. I will very thankful for you.

I took admission in galgotias university in bba course for the year 2019-20 in the month of august 2019 but till date (07/07/2020) they have not refunded any fees even i didn't attended a single class. Now they are ignoring everytime whenever i try to enquire about my fees.

I have paid rs 65000 towards my admission on 15 th july booking a seat officially but since i got admission in a govt college in delhi i went out there and applied for refund on 31st july 2019
And they said they will give refund in november but it is june 2020 but since today they even dont pick our call i am very much humiliated

I am sister of ishant rana studing in bba 3rd semester. As i come to know that you are asking for debarred fees for the subject production and operations due to short of 1 day attendence. As informed earlier also he was on leave due to our father was hospitalised in delhi hosipital. How disgusting this is that you are asking the amount for the genuine reason. As you are also aware about the current situation the people are not getting salaries due to current pandemic but still in this difficult time we managed to pay the yearly fees of rs 87000 which is quite a huge amount before starting the semester. May i know how can we manage the amount??? Teacher name is mr reji john. May you please ask from him regarding this

I have received a post dated cheque - dated 30/04/2020 in the month of March 2020. But the cheque is bounced due to insufficient funds.

I have completed MBA from GIMT (Galgotia Institute of Management and Technology) in the year 2018.

I am mahima pursuing pg from your university . As we are all facing an issue of COVID-19 . UNIVERSITY has to cooperate with us . As some of family haven't receive their income /salary then how they can pay a university fee ? I am not able to pay online at this moment .
I'm requesting to you that there should be an extension of the date . Atleast give till 15th or else .

Hello, my name is deepanshu bhardwaj. I have taken admission in galgotias university on 17/july/2019 with deposition of 20, 000 rs. But cancelled my application on 31/july/2019 due to some personal reasons. Initially, they started to give dates which are nearby but after that they almost denied. I've met chancellor, hod, dean and almost every official in accounts department but nothing could be done. Also, i have...
- a fee receipt
- a withdrawal form (Signed by accounts department)
- a written application to cfo (Chief financial officer)
- a sound record of chancellor in which he is saying "i am the officer who will sign the forms to generate your cheque, currently i do not have cheque book to give you a"

I wasted my a lot of time in waiting many & many hours outside. I come from one side of 55 km's. To know about progress in my application and even they do not talk. If i insists them to do then they started to give dates like "come next month, come next to next monday/wednesday/friday" etc are their favorite slogans to delay any conversation. Whatever is date or day they just fix next to next in them.

Also, i messaged personally to mr. Dhruv galgotia (Ceo) on instagram, commented on his you tube videos and don't know how many times i mailed.
