I took admission in Galgotias University in July 2025 then I withdrew my admission by giving withdrawal form through email on 27 August 2025 they replied the admission goes till October so the fees withdrawal process will start after October. But last date of admission was 31 July 2025. Now they are not replying my mail. Please help to get my fees back. I have acl surgery this month for that I need money.
The university informed me that my ₹25, 000 refund will only be processed after October, stating that their admissions continue till then.
As per UGC Public Notice No. 1-3/2021(CPP-II), dated 19 April 2023, universities must process fee refunds within 30 days of withdrawal, irrespective of internal admission timelines.
