[Resolved] Galgotias University — Fraud! | |
I took admission at Galgotias University on August 13, 2013 in Masters in Social Work. During the admission I was told that there were 5-6 students already admitted, but when I reached for the Orientation on September 5, 2013. I was told that the course will not commence as I was the only student. I was asked by the Dean of humanities and social science to take my money back, which was 60, 000. I submitted the application next week and was told that it will be returned in a month. I have visited Galgotias many a times since then but no one gives a direct answer neither they are returning my money.Please take an action as such fraudent Universities are hampering the situation of the country. really pathetic status of private university, only goes to show that all they care about is making money.
I paid money for my hostel fees.
But i leave from the hostel nex day.
Now they does nt refund my hostrl fees amount.

Not returning security money
I have done MCA from Galgotias college of engg and technologies in 2011 but the are not returning security money. They are just cheating students for hostel . At the time of admission they will assure you for providing campus hostel.
But when you reached with baggage for shifting in hostel, that time he will say that campus hostel has been full and will offer you Galgotia Univ. hostel which too far from(approx 14KM) galgotia collage campus.
When you deny to shift their he will say give an application for refund. But they will not refund it.
So please new comer do not apply and do not give any amount for campus hostel. Otherwise you will also be face problem.
In this college no body have any power even director also, they are just a so called director.Everybodies hand are closed.
Only the boss is Galgotia .
So it advisable to take outside hostel/PG from college that will be better.
How this college is No 1 ranking ????? . You will also feel after admission .
