I had made online purchase on 18th march 2019 with their business number+91 [protected] which is an whats up numbera faber chimney (Cleo pp bs) one quantity and i had a mail confirmation on my gmail. The status show ur confirmation of the order had taken place and when i call them about it they are cheating and saying that they had closed online shopping now. I had booked the order from hyderabad and my money had been debited in their account, after 6 hours i got a mail that my order had been cancelled, but they are still saying they didn’t get the confirmation from the bank that money had been deposited into their account. I had send them my bank mini statement on their watss up business number but still they don’t want to do my transactions back to my account. Their address is located as door no 110, near maduravoyal market, poonamalle high road, maduravoyal, chennai, tamil nadia, 6000955. Plz don’t get cheated by this corrupted business people. As i’m staying in hyderabad i’m finding it difficult to get back my money from this corn man people. I request ganeshandco to please return my money back.
