Gangar Eyenation — eyeglasses defective lens | |||||
I have bought an eyeglasses from gangar eyenation, panchsheel square. The sales person suggested a pair of lenses and those lenses are defected, at night the light reflects more than 2 time. You can see 2 lights in place of, for example, if you are following a two wheeler instead of 1tail light 2 can be seen. So much more for 4 wheeler, 4 lights instead of 2. When i approached the shop and contacted the sales person he just denied to correct his mistake and asked for money for the replacement of the lenses. He just said to face we can't help you. Just can change the glasses, when he is the suggesting and misguiding for the glasses. The sales person name is manish and his id ol3793. Customer no.
