Ganguram Sweets Complaints & Reviews

I bought some sweets and snacks from ganguram behala janakalyan james long sarani shop of south kolkata today at 9a. M. The delivery boy present there confidently told me that the vegetable patties though not fresh is not stale. It can be eaten well. So my 10 years old daughter consumed it partly. But the vegetable stuff inside smelt bad. She couldn't eat it whole. When i ate the left out part i understood it was stale. Who would have been responsible if my daughter fell ill after eating the patties. A reputed brand like ganguram selling yesterday's rotten snacks today? They should stop doing this at once.

I have a complaint to make. I herd a serious news from my female friend who is a daily passenger of Eastern Railway. There is a shop named "Ganguram's" opposite of the platform no.-01 at 'Howrah' station. There is a short height and dark skined shop-keeper. His intention and behavior is not good. I came to know the fact from my female friend that he often used to Wink and make Bad Gesture at her, when she wait for the train infront of the giant screen infront of platform no.-1. When I went to buy snacks from him, his behaviour was unsatisfactory. It is my request to you please take step against that shop-keeper. And I dont want to enclose neither the details of my female friend nor mine for future security and family issues. I'll be highly obliged if you take step against that shoop-keeper.

This complaint is regarding the finding of a LIZARD in two Vegetable Thali dishes from GANGURAM SWEETS JAWHARLAL NEHRU ROAD, Kolkata -71. Ganguram is supposed to be a renowned sweet firm having multiple outlets at Kolkata.

We earlier had taken lot of food, sweets from Ganguram; however, today when we got two dishes of vegetable thali from it Jawharla Nehru Road shop, there were trace of died lizard and it was found after having consumed almost all the meals. There was an out station guest at our office and he was shocked to see the lizard in the food. He took the food and felt sick after the incident.

It is absolutely shocking to witness the incident and completely unexpected from a concern like Ganguram. While reporting the incident to the shop persons, they did not seem to be much bothered about the thing. We saw their kitchen and it was totally a dark and dirty room with lack of basic cooking amenities.

It is thus imperative that Ganguram is doing the business with this kind of facilities. This type of incident or even worse one may happen to anybody in future as well. The kitchen does not seem to comply bare minimum requirement to obtain license.

Therefore, the shop license and kitchen license of GANGURAM SWEETS JAWHARLAL NEHRU ROAD, KOLKATA must be removed else they would keep doing such nasty activities more in future.

I have purchased sweets from Rourkela Ganguram sweets, Shop no-6,N.A.C market,koel nagar, Phone no[protected], mob [protected]., on occasion of Viswakarma Puja on 17/09/2011.Due to bad qualities of sweete three of my family members who are being eaten these sweets ,were sick.stomach problem,loose motion started after 4hrs of consumed that sweet. for medicine and towards doctor fee i had to spent Rs 500.pl take necessary action
