[Resolved] Sri Rama Agencies — No Delivery of Gas Cylinder after 25 Days | |||
Hi, I am Jayesh and consumer of Rama Gas Agency (Indane). I have booked for refill on 14 Sep 2013, i waited for 15 days and finally got message for cash memo generated on 29 Sep 2013. After 2 days of cash memo generated, there is no delivery of my gas cylinder. I visited the agency next day morning, lady at the service was asking my consumer number, after telling her number she confirmed my address and asssured that Cylinder will be delivered next day. I waited for 2 days, still no delivery of Cylinder. Finally again visited Agency next day morning, after telling her the same long story, she claiming that sir system is not working etc, she can't check my status etc. Finally she gave me the number of Delivery boy. I called him immediately and asked her to speak to him on my phone. They both talked some thing in Kannada for 2 min and hang-up the call. Later she again assured me that cylinder will be delivered today by afternoon. Later after coming home, i found that cylinder still not delivered. I am so some much disappointed with some much followup. Everyday i can't go to Agency and waste my time. I am also finding long queue daily at the agency and have to wait for long to discuss the matter. I would like to raise my voice against such poor service of Rama Gas Agency. I had applied for gas connection on 11-Dec-2014 and I was told that if I take a full set, the connection will be given immediately.
As I already had gas stove, I couldn’t go for full connection and then I was told that connection will hardly take 10 days for inspection.
But, still no inspection has been done in spite of contacting every day to gas agency(Sree Rama Indane Gas Agencies, No.1, 6th Cross, Dayanand Layout, Hoysala Nagar, Tc Palya Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar).
As directed by Sree Rama Indane Gas Agencies staffs, I tried to contact MR. Aanji (who take care of the inspection), he had replied saying it is customer urgency not his responsibility.
This agency provide worst service.
