[Resolved]  Sri Rama Agencies — Refill booked but has not delivered and got cancelled after 30 days

My consumer No. is 79361. I have registered user in indane consumer portal with user ID and password. I have booked a refill on 2nd september 2013, by using IVRS Refill booking facility (Reference number is 907011) till date I have not received the refill from the Indane distributor address :Sri Rama Agencies Indane Distributors, No.1, 6th Cross, Dayananda Layout, Tambhu Chetty Palya Main Road, Hoysalaya Nagar, Bengaluru and on 4th oct 2013, i have received an SMS stating “Dear Indane Customer, against your refill booking 907011 cancelled”. Please help ...
