I have enrolled in gathbandhan matrimony on 8/12/19 in a scheme of rs.4700
Where they were supposed to send me profile of respective girl family according to my brothers profile and will make sure that in a week atleast one meeting with a family is done. But since last 3 month they are only sharing bio data and whenever asked about the meetings and next step they say we are trying neither they shared the contact detail of the girls family so that we could directly contact them which was promised from gathbandhan team.

The promised services were to share the 30 preferred profiles within 3months on registration. However, I was only shared 10 profiles of which 3 included out of my preference.
I asked the representative to talk to the selected profiles but to my surprise I was given different reasons whenever I followed up.
I emailed and called the center complaining the same instead I was asked to pay more to go for the personalized service forgetting the prior payment made. I asked the representative to continue on the previous payment and I was told that the previous service is lapsed and I have renew the service.
