I am a customer of Gathbandhan Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. from Last December. I have made a call to a number which was there in an advertisement of Bengali Sunday Ananda Bazar Patrika (bride wanted column). Then I was trapped in that company. After then they repeatedly called me to register into their services. They will trap the clients by telling all false things about groom/bride and insist them to pay 51k or 1 lakh depending on the package they select. I (Sujata Prasad) registered a profile named as Neha Prasad with 'Gathbandhan Matrimony'in the year 2019. They did not provide me the service as per our discussion. We have demanded manglik boys profile living in Kolkata and at the time of payment they also agreed on that but later on they are denying and giving false excuses, ignoring, blocking or not receiving my calls, harassing me intensionally by giving call to different person asking the same matter, giving different excuses like always saying they are busy or after checking they would respond but never respond and not resolving my issue. In this way they have passed 3 years. I have attached some of our conversation and the type of profile they have given.

This is the fraud and the worst matrimony centre. They are duping people for money who are actually in need. I have been called by them several times for registration. They showed me 10-12 matching profiles ( which are actually fake profiles). They assured me of family meeting and taken rs. 5000/- from me in the month of may 2020 as registration fees. But till now no family meeting is arranged. I called them several times for the meeting...

This is a very fraud matrimony. They have blatantly violated the contract made with us. After taking the money, they are now not receiving our calls.

A big big big fraud company in matrimony sector. Even the Company's owner don't give salary to employee.
Afterall company owner's & hr's behaves and mentality is totally fraud minded. Totally fraud...fraud..fraud of all side. Please do something against this fraud company, if any powerful person who reads this review.

My family was looking for an alliance for my sister. We came across Gathbandhan Matrimony. On contacting them they asked for payment after which they will send us profiles of suitable matches. We provided details of my sister and they said they have n number of suitable matches that matches with her age. Mrs. Mohua Biswas of Kolkata Gathbandhan Matrimony kept calling us 1000 of times. She sent us a picture of a guy named Amitesh Chatterjee...

Not receiving any call. Before registration they are continuously calling me but now they are ignoring completely. Refund my money.

The organization asked me for Rs. 17000 last year and promised lifetime of services which later did not get processed. They asked for Rs.5000 again for renewal as that was misinformation from company's side and the RM kept on calling me till I gave the money. Today again they asked for Rs.5000 for sending profiles.

After taking registration fees they ignored my pleas of sharing profules
I requested them several times on phone yet they simply shout back saying we have no more profiles
At the time of registration, i was promised 20 profiles for 6 months.
But they only shared a couple at the time of joining, and after that I was totally kept in dark ignored

I have enrolled in gathbandhan matrimony on 8/12/19 in a scheme of rs.4700
Where they were supposed to send me profile of respective girl family according to my brothers profile and will make sure that in a week atleast one meeting with a family is done. But since last 3 month they are only sharing bio data and whenever asked about the meetings and next step they say we are trying neither they shared the contact detail of the girls family so that we could directly contact them which was promised from gathbandhan team.
Please help to get the issue resolved by reimbursement

I want to say that plz close dis gathbandhan centre.. This is totally fraud company n my family member too wan to give my marry through dis fraud company. They r fraud n cheap. Modus operandi for cheating by gathbandan matrimony.com jabalpur is same. A fake lady poses as mother of the girl. After co receive money than fake address is given. Two days after father or mother in law or relative is expired.

Gathbandhan matrimony is giving advertisement for wedding consultations.
i have seen one of the advertisement and contact the no. given in newspapper, after that they make a call to the girl's mother and takes our phone in conference, den they do not share phone no. and adrress before paying Rs.5500, i paid 5500 and then they gave me phone no. and then the mother of the girl says that we cant make discussion for marraige till one year...

Dear Team, i called gathbandhan matrimony on 15th Jan 2017 for looking a bride for my brother, but they provided me a number of a lady(fake girl`s mother) only after I transferred Rs 3000 to gathbandhan matrimony sbi account thru neft on 23rd Jan 2017(10.42 am).
