Dear Sir,
Refund the amount paid for the booking vehicle for the transportation of house hold material from Kotputli to Kanpur as on date 4.3.2016 even though I have paid the advance amount through ATM as telephonic discussion with him but I did not get any reply from the supervisor of Mr. Surrender Kumar after receiving my advance through his sent SMS A/c.No.[protected] IFSC Code:0000713 ICICI bank and also his mobile phone was switched off even though the vehicle did not reached on kotputli destination.
Please find the enclosed document regarding payment as above mentioned complaint.
