      I, Vikas Gautam, shipped a Consignment consisting of 13 packages via Gati Cargo with following details : Origin city - Patna -800014- Date-21/9/2015 Destination city - Phursungi, Pune-412308 - Assured delivery date - 28/9/2014 Docket no of package[protected] Contents of package - Kitchen utensils, clothes, computer printer and speaker(all household goods) I am the consignor as well as consignee for the goods as it was related to shifting of home. Gati cargo has misplaced my goods and till date my goods are not delivered to me. I filed a complaint with their customer care for the same with following details : Complaint no[protected], filed on - 26/9/2015 Till now no action has been taken by the company on this complaint. I am facing a lot of difficulty due to non delivery of items as these are household goods required by me on daily basis. The company is providing no solution, neither they are providing me the contact details of the concerned person within the company who would help me with the details of my lost goods. I regret my decision to choose Gati as the vendor to ship my goods.

        I want to mention that I made a purchase on amazon... on 15 sept.. and it was been shipped by gati kwe courier. the expected delivery date was on 23 sept by gati and 26 sept by amazon.. but till now.. I havenot got my shipment.. I tried to contact but no rply from anyone.. really.. depressed. anyone can help me out in these

          I have placed the prepaid order via paytm as one 97 by docket no :[protected], assured delivery date is 25 sep 2015 and gati courier executive asking money rs. 11884 / - and they will updating the fault information in tracking history as 1.Undelivered due to concerned customer / person not available at destination city (On 25 sep 2015),
          2.Undelivered due to customer request another date of delivery at destination city (26 sep 2015),
          And they are changed the assured delivery as due to "customer request another date of delivery" whats happening in this gati,,, the worst i am facing
          And destination city is warangal

          Individual — Delay & Call back representative was Rude

          Complaint 1 Assured Date is 30 June, called Gati on 29th June to confirm for any change. Got confirmation will be delivered by 30th June. Called today (30th June) it was stated that delayed. Complaint 2 Gati Person gave call back from Number[protected], was very rude & said she will cancel the order. Why should customer cancel, if Gati is unable keep up commitment. Poor service & worst call back service representative.

            I had used GATI KWE courier services to deliver the goods with a value of around of Rs. 3000/- on 19.08.15. It is delayed by around one month but the consignee has not received the courier till date.I had enquirer with your customer care regarding about my status of courier but I did no got any positive response from your end. It is so unreasonable delay and the service were so slow and leads to lacking of trust worthiness on this courier services. Doc. no:[protected] for ready reference.

              I have returned my defective mobile purchased from amazon india via gati courier. They kept on updating wrong tracking details showing that my package is out for delivery but in actual they can not track my package. My docket no is[protected]. Current situation is that that update the status as out for delivery every morning and by the end of the day they show undelivered because only docket was received. It should reach amazon at banglore as soon as possible but gati courier people are showing no interest in delivering. Cost of my package is rs 24999.and if gati don't deliver it in next few days then i will move to the court

                    Respected Sir, I, Apoorv had booked a cartoon box containing books for personal use from BANGALORE to PATNA on 12Aug 2015 through GATI LAABH by DOCKET NO. [protected]. Since the day the shipment status shows as DETENTION in Bangalore. I had called up n number of times to customer care, registered the complaint through complaint no. 14116814 .but no one pays any ear to the same.                       My docket number[protected] was supposed to be delivered to me by[protected]. As per the website, my shipment arrived at right place but was not delivered to me. Then I raised a complaint on[protected] for non-delivery at around 1300 hrs. The shipment was tracked at right location but after complaining it was again shipped to wrong place by 1434 hrs of the same day when I raised complaint at 1300 hrs. On[protected] by 1734 hrs, I received a call from Gati Customer Service (Mob. No. [protected]) whereby I was assured for delivery on[protected] and if fails then early hours of[protected] as the Gati Ecom branch is within the same city (within a radius of 5 to 7 KM) where the delivery has to be done. When I didn't received my package till 1300 hrs of[protected] then called Gati Cust. Serv. and there I was told by customer care that it will take another 3-4 days. I asked him that if it going to take another 3-4 days then based on what your CSE assured me yesterday for confirm delivery and moreover when my resolution is not done why my complaint was closed without any proper resolution . The CSE from Gati had no answer for my above question and hanged up my phone. This people are just calling and making bogus promises just to close their open complaints by any means and reduce their pending complaint volume in periodic report irrespective of whether the proper resolution has been done or not. I don't think that in this way, there is any meaning or use of the complaint resolution system implemented by Gati because the complaints are closed by the wish of Gatiites and not by actual resolution as happened in my case. Now, my question is that whether I will get my shipment or not, if yes then when?

                        My Docket Number is[protected], my complaint Number is[protected]I had booked on 29 May 2915, my stuff for seven items from Tejpur to Shimla, . Only six items have been delivered. For one item (brown colour carton in the photo) I have been pursuing with all GATI authorities, howeever they are just being sorry and not making any endeavour to find out my stuff. For such a big company this must be a small loss, but for us its a collosal one. The handling guy says, why you have not done insurance..Such pitty words can only be spoken after the stuff is lost.Because thats the easiest escape route. Today is 6th august for last two months Iam regularly calling GATI guys, just to hear negative and unprofessional approach. I had even sent them the phpto of my stuff.I want my stuff back. No earth quake, no floods have occur .When my six items can be delivered, why not the remaining one. It is just poor handling, Neglecting chalta hain attitude which has plaqued our services... The customer care rep says he wants to close the case. But from my side the case is open. We will fight till its end... Regards

                          I had order a TV on snapdeal which had assured delivery on 6 Aug by GATI. On 5th and 6th August, the tracking status was Date Change Requested by Consumer, while I had never done that. When I called them up, they said the docket has not reached Bhopal, even when the tracking says it has reached 2 days before. The tracking system is misguiding consumers.

                            Ordered a product on Snapdeal on 14th October 2015...after 6 days it is yet to be delivered...[Bhiwandi to Warangal]

                            Also i sent a speed post on 13th October 2015...it got delivered on 16th October...[Warangal to Pune]

                            Being a private logistics you should be far more better than Govt. Services...

                            Its been 20 days almost, I have ordered my product from Club Factory. It has not been delivered yet. They say that its gonna be delivered by 12 days, the service provided by GATI is really bad. And I won't recommend other people to use it!
                            I will neither recommend Club Factory nor Gati to anyone. I have been following both the places for my shipment from 2 months and yet no resolution. They are more interested in playing blame game. I have not received my refund also yet from Club Factory.

                              Dispatched on 18/07/15 @ Gati Courier service AWB Number:[protected], Received all the items but found my LED TV in fully damaged condition. When i have requested for the claim customer care people are asking why i have not done any insurance during transit, but actually nobody has asked for me about this during booking. And at the same time it doesn't mean that if i have not done any insurance, it's not there responsibility to deliver my item in a good condition.

                                I am Sanghita Dey. I shipped my Hero Honda Pleasure from Pune to Kishanganj(Bihar) with docket number[protected] on 1st July 2015. The docket delivery date was 10 July 2015 but as expected it did not reach on time. When I contacted customer care they gave me different answers on each call. First they said that the bike is with NJP depot(West Bengal) and it will soon delivered to me. On second call they said that the papers of the bike has reached NJP depot(west Bengal) but the bike is with Malda depot (west bengal). When I contacted Malda depot, they said that they do not have my bike with them and I got the same answer from NJP depot. If NJP depot is not having my bike and so is Malda depot, where is my bike? On asking this question to Gati customer care they again made a new story saying that the bike is with NJP depot and soon there complain expert will give me a call. But this never happened. Please help me out in tracing my bike.

                                  I complained about gstikwe courier company but till now no action has been taken by cosumer cimplain forum of ranchi.so please resolve my problem as soon as possible. All imfo has been provided to my complain box and a attachment of proof has also being given
                                  Gatikwe is the worst of worse courier company since i have seen.they
                                  Make the customer so irritated that consumer get fed up and leave his comolain.the ranchi branch gatikwe never cooperates with any customer when they have to refund, but takes quick response for booking.

                                        It is a courier service which is having my parcel from 15/6 and not delivered till date. When enquired on 18/6 they told that it will be delivered on that day. But till now it was not delivered. Insted they made an endoresement that I refused to receive. If so they have to resent the item to the sender. That was also not done.
