I have returned my defective mobile purchased from amazon india via gati courier. They kept on updating wrong tracking details showing that my package is out for delivery but in actual they can not track my package. My docket no is[protected]. Current situation is that that update the status as out for delivery every morning and by the end of the day they show undelivered because only docket was received. It should reach amazon at banglore...

My order no[protected] was to be delivered on 29th of July at flipkart office in Bangalore and I didn't get any information regarding it and even the customer care are not responding properly and they are not even sending the courier back to the given address...

It is a courier service which is having my parcel from 15/6 and not delivered till date. When enquired on 18/6 they told that it will be delivered on that day. But till now it was not delivered.
