I have provided my documents to Tej courier to send from Pune to Mumbai and they asked me to get it delivered within 2 days. Not it's been 6 days gone and there is not delivery happened yet. I have given documents on 23rd August and today is the end of day 28th August. Worst courier service I ever seen in my life.
My consignment number is 18825607.

Kindly raise the complaint & do the needful.

My consignment was booked on 21 sep and still is not couried to given communication address,

I tried to communicate with Head offfice but executive from customer care are absolutly given me wrong information.

I am not satisfied with all given and wrong information by TEJ Courier
My experience with TEJ courier is very very worst and pathatic . I am suggesting pls dont go eith TEJ Courier.

I have send the parcel from tej courior servics junnar at 14/11/2022, but still now such courior not deliverd to given adress, i have communicate many time for tej courior office but, the didnt reply for such. so please take action agianst such courior agency . my tracking no is.18273881. also i have attached copy of such recipt thank you ..

My parcel is recived yesterday by name Shardda power, from Lanja, Address is clearly mentioned, only one spelling mistake on address, but your barnch manger did not delivered parcel even correct address is given on phone, very bougs languge talked with me, this is second time I am observed, take action on him such poor and bougus languge, otherwise change the name of Tej courier to Bougus Courier service

I had sent a rakhi from kolhapur office to chickmanglur. Before handing over the courier I asked them do they deliver it to chickmanglur to which they said yes. Tracking I'd is 33324732
It's been over 10 days and the courier is still stuck in Belgaum since 5th August. It being a festive gift it hasn't reached in time. On calling the kolhapur tej office all they did was giving me vague answers. I called them several times but they said they will call back and yet they dint call back and provide any solution. Trusting on your company we send goods this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is highly unacceptable.

Please filed a complained against tej couriers services, Alibag branch as my parcel is not delivered yet which was shift from Ratnagiri on 25th May. In parcel contains important documents so please look in this urgently.

I have sent one parcel from Pune to Aurangabad with docket no 18096628 by paying Rs.160.00 on 21.04.2022 which has not been delivered right now on 28.04.2022 at 5.24 pm.

My daughter is MD at Ghati hospital and stays in hostel hence we are sending her the food items every month. The packet is not delivered eve after several phone calls from your Pune office, Kolhapur office and my self.

The reason now given by your Aurnagabd office that area where the parcel is to be delivered is out skirts' of Aurangabd and delivery is once a week. Then why this fact has not been told to me while accepting the parcel and now if the items/ contents in parcel get spoiled who will be responsible for the same.

The Ghati, the govt hospital is in Aurangabad city only near to famous Panchakki. It is within city only. The reason given is not acceptable and i want refund of my courier charges.

I will take care to send the courier through some other courier agency hence forth.

I have sent a parcel from pune to ranchi on 12 october with and it was sent in urgent to be received on 15 october unfortunately that parcel is missing now no update while tracking also . Kindly take action Asap.

The delivery boy has taken the courier for delivery 6 days ago and still not delivered. His phone number is switched off and I even visited the place where he sits but no one knows him there. None of the contact Numbers given on Tej courier website are answering to any of my calls. What am I supposed to do in such situation ? No liability from Tej courier side. This guys don’t understand how important it is for the customer. Please help as soon as possible

The person delivering your courier today snatched the paper from the hands of our reception staff and said rudely that if you want your parcel, come to the office and take it; and took back the parcel he had brought.

This kind of behavior degrades the service quality of your company. I request to you attention to it and take the right decision.

Hi sir..I raviraj nikam from satara.I have franchise of srl diagnostic at satara.We are sending daily sample of covid rtpcr and blood sampel.Since few day's from ville parle our sample not delivered to destination location in time at srl main lab.
Due to delay in reportp patients relative got panic.And also relationship with hospital got damaged which finally affect my business.Please kindle note this issue and solve problems as early as possible.We hope better service in future

Dear Team,

I had got a Diwali faral parcel delivered from Pune to thane and vile parle. I got the parcel in thane late at 9. But the vile parle parcel was not delivered. The person in charge Mr. Ramdas says it must have lost. And in return he is asking me if he should personally deliver another box of faral to the location. I think this is a limit of irresponsibility and to top it he is advising me to get another personalised parcel from him.the website shows inscan at vile parle and he said it night be a mistake.

The parcel was suppose to be delivered to a house who could not celebrate diwali due to an unfortunate death of a beloved member.
