Gati-Kwe — Complaining about... Detention connection missed

I, om prakash had booked three cartoon boxes containing electronics goods from shimla to chennai on 28 july 2016 through gati kwe by docket no.[protected]. Since the day the shipment status shows as detention in ambala. I had called up toll free number [protected] to customer care, registered the complaint through complaint no. 15260783 but no one pays any ear to the same. Kindly trace the cartons and connect it further for transportation as early as possible.
