Thank you for your email - Thanks that you took time to speak to the customer and resolve this issue.
As discussed over the phone, my intention is not to get any apology from anyone, I just wanted representatives to speak to customers properly.
Yes, they have rights to reply when customers are behaving unprofessional but in my case it's quite the reverse.
Thanks to Mr.Rahul as with the great humanity, he apologized on behalf of Ravi where he was keeping quite surprisingly.
