I have booked a consignment from greater noida to silchar on 17th april 2015, assured date of delivery was 28th April 2015, but after 03rd may 2015 no further movement.
I am very much frustrated by talking with customer care peoples, they have vary limited capability to provide information and some times they are providing absurds information. When i asked for information, either they reply to call after 10-15 minutes or 2-3 hrs, maximum occassions their system is slow or server is not working.
I have also raised a complaint but i never notified the status of my complaint. Many times i have sent e-mail's but i didn't receive any communication from their side, later on i came to know that on 29th April they tried to call me
but my mobile was switched off. Afterward, they are not bothered to inform me. Almost every day twice or thrice i am speaking to people in Silchar as well customer care number.
