I was supposed to receive my Docket containing 7 packages on 22nd March 2014 but I have not received it yet. I have been constantly tracking it via online, customer care and phone, but completely dissatisfied with their response. GATI KWE have been just transferring calls and complaints. I have the contact nos. of the managers of the warehouse, have been calling and they keep making false promises and giving invalid reasons. Now they do not pick up my calls.
In spite of giving the correct address, incorrect pincode was entered by them into the system and my docket reached the wrong warehouse. Later, they say they have found the docket. Then they say only 6 packages have been found out of the 7 and one is missing. Then the have the guts to ask me if I am OK with receiving the partial docket or I would I like to wait for the complete docket to arrive.
On calling the customer care no.[protected], they agent there gives off an attitude to me and asks me if I want the packages or not. The agent says if you are dissatisfied with GATI KWE and would want us to pay severance, then we will offer you GATI Miles Coupon to be used on your next shipment. What a Joke!
These people are threatening with the docket. They have absolutely no etiquette, no professionalism. I am completely frustrated by these people. I would want this to resolve this ASAP. If anyone has a solution to this, then it would be great if you could offer some.

Delivery guy misbehaved and abused when asked the reason for not delivering the product on time. One of the filthiest services ive come across. Shame.
