I used Gati services to deliver a consignment of my personal belongings and memorabilia on 9th May, 2022 from Bhopal to Mumbai. I had used their services earlier for a similar delivery and at that time it was prompt and professional.
This time around, I didn't get a docket ID or anything until 2 months. Within that time frame, they initially delayed, then lost my consignment. After making me run around in circles for 1 month, they finally said they tracked my consignment in Chennai. Then a month later after a lot of excuses, they finally delivered it... ONLY TO DELIVER THE WRONG CONSIGNMENT.
Now they claim that they have no clue where my consignment is and are making me run behind them for any progress or status.
Please provide me with a resolution. I have already paid for a consignment which is not even mine and my consignment containing irreplaceable items are lost and with no news.
I am tired of being complacent and giving out chance after chance. This is causing me mental anguish combined with loss in money and my valuables. Was this information helpful? |
