[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — fake gati guy taken away my i10 and misuse it

My i10 car was taken by fake gati guys. I gave them my car for transportation to vijayawada andhra pradesh. They misused it. They took the car to rajasthan two times before removing gps device.
Gati team do nothing to stop fraud.

Dear gati team,

I got your response but it is highly unsatisfactory.

Someone is using your brand name to cheat the public.
You just replied to me to contact them.

You should understand that you will be held responsible if no action is taken by you against them.

How are they using your name for the same type of business?
Is gati not a trademark owned by you?

They are cheating the public using your name.
They are destroying your brand name.

Have you not taken any legal action against such fraud persons?
Have you not filed complaints in police, local authorities, state govt or cg to take action against these fraud companies running in your name?

Did you report such incidents to media?
Did you display a notice on your website to warn the general public against these fraud persons?

Did you file cases against such fraud person before criminal or civil courts?

Kindly provide me relevant details of action taken by you.
In case of failure to provide, you will be held responsible for your negligence.

Before asking me 9 digit docker number, Kindly go through the wordings of the complaint posted by me.
I got trapped by a fake Gati guy.
There are hundreds of fraud offices are running in Delhi in the name of Gati.
One of them cheated me.
They took my car. I gave my car in good faith thinking they belong to Gati.
Now they are misusing my car.
You can easily catch such persons who are running the office in the name of Gati.
I want to know what action was taken by you in this regard.
Why you let them destroy your brand value?
Did you ever report to Police? Did you take legal action against them?

I have attached documents issued by them. Kindly take legal action against them.
