With great disappointment and disgusted by the service of Gati KWE i hereby want to state that i have booked a consignment pickup from Gati on 16th Oct, 2022. As per booking two of my consignments was picked up on 18th Oct, 2022 from Muragacha, Ghola, Pincode: 700110 by Gati KWE person Mr. Ranjeet Rai (Contact-[protected]) from Sodepur Dhankal More central warehouse vide docket numbers:[protected],[protected]. Now it has been over a week i have still not got any update on my consignment and upon checking docket details on Gati website i got shocked to find out the docket numbers had not logged in the system from the warehouse and is showing as no data found in system. I tried reaching customer care but even they are also not being able to track any of the consignments with the docket number. Neither the pick up person is receiving my calls for last 5 days.

I am feeling helpless here and afraid that my consignment is lost/stolen by warehouse person in transit. Request your immediate attention and help here.
Also i have paid a total sum of Rs. 2000 as quoted by the pickup person and attaching the booking receipt copy for reference.

    Till yesterday I was seeing the tracking info. Today it disappeared. Docket number[protected]. Can't find any info with this number anymore. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 17th October. Today is 19th October. Kindly inform me ASAP where is my parcel.

      Dear Team,
      I have shipped my Study Table with Gati via shipment id[protected]. And they have delivered my shipment with the Table is broken. I have raised a complain for damage under case id 12510242. Now they are refusing to pay any compensasion as they are telling that its under shipper’s risk.
      However they have not informed me or asked me to sign any such documents.They are simply saying when i have raised a complain. From past 2 years i have used Gati for courier my house hold they never used to ask for such things or some insurence. In there docket slip also its written that Gati is restrict its liability through this docket to be 400₹ to 5000₹ or cost of reconstruction. Still they are refusing to pay the same amount.Request to look and instruct on the issue.

        Today is 12 th and not yet delivered .
        In your website it is mentioned that we asked for resschdule which is not true.
        Delivery boy called us on 11 th morning thur no [protected] and informed us by evening he will deliver

          Sir i have not received mattresses from Sunday company which I was promised to deliver on or before 17 September 2022, not only this when I called delivery man Vikash Sharma he refused to deliver on 17 September 2022, not only Gati tracking has also changed delivery date and time on behalf of consignee request which I never made infact I have been waiting for delivery since long. Please take action against the GatiKWE company.

            Consignment[protected]. was delivered on 24th August

            I am surprised to see that it took 26 days to deliver the consignment.

            Moreover as per party all materials against[protected] are damaged while delivered and they are not agreed to pay against these damaged materials.

            I need all the details of damaged materials so that I can claim for the payment to the party for that materials which are not damaged. If all are damaged, I need compensation.

            Kindly check and act on it accordingly. Gave complaint 10523225 but not yet received any resolution

              I booked bike with Helmate for Banglore with Gati Kwe Changodar Branch
              wide their Docket No.[protected] dated 17/06/2022 I recd the bike delivery
              on 30/06/2022 at bangalore without Helmate.I varirous time mobile contact
              with Alokdas of Changodar Branch on their Mobile [protected].He every
              time seoarately excuse as per below mentioned (which I all recorded)
              (1) helmate was misplaced by the Packers
              (2) Helmate return from banglore due to wrong address
              (3) Two helmamate are at Branch come and Collect it I told him to send the
              photo but till date he not send
              (4) Gati has passed the Rs, 1000/- against cost of Helmate Rs.1500/-
              (5) For the last 15 days he stooped to coolect my mobile.
              My son penalised at Banlglore for not wear the helmate.
              I booked complaint with customercare wide complaint no.07948918 and
              09357613 But No complaint resolved by them.

                I had purchased a TV from Amazon which was defective and stopped working in 10 days. As per Amazon I was supposed to self ship the back to the seller. We choose Gati KWE for the self ship as recommended by Amazon. TV was made ready and shipped back to the seller on 22nd July 2022. The item was said to have been delivered on 25th July.
                The seller is refusing refund us the amount of the TV which is 2.6 lakhs worth, saying that the item was never delivered to him. Gati has given a POD. but the dispute from the seller is that there is no seal on the POD due to which he is refusing to confirm the delivery of the TV. now either Gati is lying or the seller.
                I would like to file this complaint to et answers from Gati
                1) Have they delivered the TV
                2) if so, why is there no seal on the POD as claimed by the seller.

                We are in loss here as we have paid 2.6 lakhs for the TV and have also sent the TV out for delivery, so now no money no TV and for the past ne and a half month we have been fire fighting with Gati KWE and the seller to tell us the truth.

                    I used Gati services to deliver a consignment of my personal belongings and memorabilia on 9th May, 2022 from Bhopal to Mumbai. I had used their services earlier for a similar delivery and at that time it was prompt and professional.
                    This time around, I didn't get a docket ID or anything until 2 months. Within that time frame, they initially delayed, then lost my consignment. After making me run around in circles for 1 month, they finally said they tracked my consignment in Chennai. Then a month later after a lot of excuses, they finally delivered it... ONLY TO DELIVER THE WRONG CONSIGNMENT.
                    Now they claim that they have no clue where my consignment is and are making me run behind them for any progress or status.
                    Please provide me with a resolution. I have already paid for a consignment which is not even mine and my consignment containing irreplaceable items are lost and with no news.
                    I am tired of being complacent and giving out chance after chance. This is causing me mental anguish combined with loss in money and my valuables.

                        I have transported my bike with a helmet from Howrah to Mumbai by Gati and my helmet was misplaced by their team.
                        I have spoken to the delivery person about the helmet and they told me that they never received any helmet with the bike but I have proof that my helmet was packed along with the bike. I have images

                        I called one of their employees who has transported the bike from howrah but still I couldn't get much of a help. The customer service desk is saying that I haven't registered the complaint within 48 hours of the delivery so they couldn't help me. They cannot register a complaint.

                            We booked a courier service from Hazaribagh (825301) to Bangalore (560037) on 2nd of June for good worth 4lakh INR.
                            The delivery date was 10th of June.
                            After calling customer care multiple times, we have no response from them .
                            They have no clue where is the docket and by when it can be delivered. They always say a higher management will reach out to us in 2 hours but no one calls.

                              I had booked my consignment on 27/5/2022 from BGP TO BLR it contained household goods. The assured delivery date told to us was 03/06/2022, following which we had sent few of the important household goods through consignment, thinking items will reach on time. at present the goods are undelivered, i have contacted them and all that i get in return is " ma'am we have raised a complaint and our local team will be contacting you, please wait" i had made advance payment of courier charges amounting to rs. 4200 and additional to that i am spending my hard earned money buying all those items locally. By the time i get the consignment delivered half of my items will be spoiled. Attaching the receipt that was given to us, which clearly states assured delivery date to be 03/06/2022.

                              Gati is cheater, god save us from them. they know how to use our hard earned money. i have had very bad experience with them till now.

                              Please deliver the package at the earliest.

                                First of all, I supposed to get my vehicle on 27th of may, when I called to check status I got to know it is not yet picked up. then when I asked them why they did not updated me previously and updating after 3 days on my delivery. Also they said they do not tracking status and they shouted on me. I am a girl alone came to Pune in new city and on the weekend I had my plans to visit accomodation, hence it was very necessary to get it delivered on time.

                                Then they told me on the call (27th) they will deliver me in 2 days. When I called in customer care on 29th(sunday mornign) they said they can not escalate my call because everyone is on leave. When I asked GatiKWE pune they said they can't deliver on sunday. As I am alone staying in hotel, I needed that in urgent I went there to collect my vehicle. I asked them to get it ready. I went to Office and it is in a isolated location where I did not find much people and 2 buidling were under construction near by. the person asked me to come inside the godown and top of that vehicle was not ready. I scared to go inside and ofcourse I will get frustrated. Being a girl I scared and asked my auto driver to help me because no one at the godown was ready to help me and I can't wait one more day because I did not have any accomodation. they behaved rudely. they did not unpacked my activa and when I went there I had to open it by myself and the auto riksha driver helped me.

                                There is not any way to put down activa from godown it was not height and they asked me to do it. Again Auto riksha driver asked those guys to help and finally got activa. When I saw my activa it was all damaged. I purchased new activa and just used for 6 months. I have videos and pics of the activa which is not at all acceptable. This is why I paid ? and may be gati and employee of gati does not have value of money because one of your employees said I did not pay in lakhs and so this is not valid complain and it is very normal for them because it's logistic company.

                                FYI, My dad is a share holder of the company, I wanted gati to make some profit and hence I chose gati.

                                I want all the Management people to include here and want to talk to them otherwise I am gonna put this story on twitter and linkedin and I will tag all management and board of officers there on gati page. I did not find any of the higher level people email & contact. I want someone to call me back as soon as possible. Just want to ask All the management people do the empolyees behave the same way with their daughters?

                                Being share holder I want to ask the management team, do you believe the company will grow if this is how the service will be provided and the staff works like this? please do the needful

                                I am also a employee of xyz company and I was also working as support, I was also working with customers we never treated customer like this.

                                  I had send my shipment from Nagpur to Bangalore on 20th may 2022 with docket number[protected]. It was assuered to me that the shipment will be delivered on 26th of May. However, they keep delaying the delivery date. I tried calling their customer care multiple times but no one told me the exact delivery date and even now after 16 days, my shipment is yet to be delivered. I have registered complaint on their site as well, but o[censored]se.

                                    I had booked a consignment from Lucknow to Bangalore on 24th May which was picked up on 25th May under Docket no[protected].

                                    The delivery was assured by 1st June. However the package has not been delivered and not even reached destination city Bangalore... forget delivery.

                                    For the last 4 days their website shows in transit Ahmedabad to Bangalore. (Refer to attached screenshot). Customer care has no clue and simply say it will be received tonight. They dont take any action or give comittment except simply raising a complain to concerned team which never gets back.

                                    I request Consumer Forum to take this legal against Gati and ensure delivery of my package at the earliest.

                                      Gati whatapp number did not give rates while sharing dimension .Customer care executive adviced charges of 3000/- on same dimensions. Gati delivery person adviced 9, 500/- on the same dimension but was magnanimous to offer 10% discount on bill amount. On insisting on charge breakup realised on a freight of 3000/- they were charging 6000/- as other charges. After not being able to justify 6000/- other charges, he offered to charge 5500/- . This reflects Gati believes in fleecing customer . Most o[censored]s do not ask for charge breakup & they do not tell us easily. Their response is send package through other provider.
                                      Package delivery was to be delivered 30/May. Was not delivered till yesterday.Customer care logs complain which is closed after few hours without intimation. Customer care only informs someone will call you in 24 hours to update whereabout of package but no one calls.They put you on hold indefinitley & then disconnect.
                                      Whatapp number Genie doesn't respond.

                                      Extremely poor service & customer care experience with GATI.
                                      All customer care gimmicks are hogwash with them.
