Gati-Kwe — Gati-Kwe Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted

On 6th March I ordered an Ikea table from Amazon, The seller then Dispatched it via the GATI-KWE courier service. It was meant to be received by 16th March but it didn't. then got an assured delay till 18th March but now it's 20th march and still no updates.

and most importantly I have gotten no phone calls or delivery updates from them. When I tracked the parcel today. I was surprised and it said it reached my city on the 16th and attempted delivery and said - Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted

But I didn't get any calls or notifications from them.
