20/07/2021 was the date of assured delivery of my shipment
The delivery agent called me at 9:05 PM on 20/07/2021 & informed me that he would deliver my package on or after 21/07/2021
Now the website shows my shipment delivered whereas I haven't received it
Customer Care insisted I complain through their WhatsApp chatbot which even after repeated attempts showed "Service is down"
