Gati whatapp number did not give rates while sharing dimension .Customer care executive adviced charges of 3000/- on same dimensions. Gati delivery person adviced 9, 500/- on the same dimension but was magnanimous to offer 10% discount on bill amount. On insisting on charge breakup realised on a freight of 3000/- they were charging 6000/- as other charges. After not being able to justify 6000/- other charges, he offered to charge 5500/- . This reflects Gati believes in fleecing customer . Most o[censored]s do not ask for charge breakup & they do not tell us easily. Their response is send package through other provider.
Package delivery was to be delivered 30/May. Was not delivered till yesterday.Customer care logs complain which is closed after few hours without intimation. Customer care only informs someone will call you in 24 hours to update whereabout of package but no one calls.They put you on hold indefinitley & then disconnect.
Whatapp number Genie doesn't respond.
Extremely poor service & customer care experience with GATI.
