First of all, I supposed to get my vehicle on 27th of may, when I called to check status I got to know it is not yet picked up. then when I asked them why they did not updated me previously and updating after 3 days on my delivery. Also they said they do not tracking status and they shouted on me. I am a girl alone came to Pune in new city and on the weekend I had my plans to visit accomodation, hence it was very necessary to get it delivered on time.
Then they told me on the call (27th) they will deliver me in 2 days. When I called in customer care on 29th(sunday mornign) they said they can not escalate my call because everyone is on leave. When I asked GatiKWE pune they said they can't deliver on sunday. As I am alone staying in hotel, I needed that in urgent I went there to collect my vehicle. I asked them to get it ready. I went to Office and it is in a isolated location where I did not find much people and 2 buidling were under construction near by. the person asked me to come inside the godown and top of that vehicle was not ready. I scared to go inside and ofcourse I will get frustrated. Being a girl I scared and asked my auto driver to help me because no one at the godown was ready to help me and I can't wait one more day because I did not have any accomodation. they behaved rudely. they did not unpacked my activa and when I went there I had to open it by myself and the auto riksha driver helped me.
There is not any way to put down activa from godown it was not height and they asked me to do it. Again Auto riksha driver asked those guys to help and finally got activa. When I saw my activa it was all damaged. I purchased new activa and just used for 6 months. I have videos and pics of the activa which is not at all acceptable. This is why I paid ? and may be gati and employee of gati does not have value of money because one of your employees said I did not pay in lakhs and so this is not valid complain and it is very normal for them because it's logistic company.
FYI, My dad is a share holder of the company, I wanted gati to make some profit and hence I chose gati.
I want all the Management people to include here and want to talk to them otherwise I am gonna put this story on twitter and linkedin and I will tag all management and board of officers there on gati page. I did not find any of the higher level people email & contact. I want someone to call me back as soon as possible. Just want to ask All the management people do the empolyees behave the same way with their daughters?
Being share holder I want to ask the management team, do you believe the company will grow if this is how the service will be provided and the staff works like this? please do the needful
