Gati-Kwe — Theft of courier package

I booked a courier on 20.03.2020 from Calcutta, in the name of Sambridh Ghimire with the destination to Chennai. The courier receipt states that I would receive the courier on 26.03.2020.

However, till date I have not received the courier. The courier contained a blanket. The insurance terms of the booking state that I can claim 20, 000/- so, I will be filing a consumer complaint along with a complaint for cheating for recovery of this.

The docket number[protected]. I have written to them several times over email, but obviously received no resolution.

I demand a refund of the amount I paid plus insurance of Rs.20, 000 + damages of Rs.10, 00, 000/- for mental agony and wastage of my time.
