Gati-Kwe — Unable to tack through docket Id

Hi i have booked my parcel on 23rd May, 2022 through GATI KWE with DICKET NO[protected]. Today I called Customer support, they told me to send a mail with invoice cooy but still my docet No is not showing in GATI KWE portal
