[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted | |
My docket number:[protected] My items 1 bike and 6 cargo was out for delivery from hyderabad to kolkata. Previously it reached yesterday in Kolkata, west bengal. My items were coming from hyderabad to kolkata. Throughout the whole day(22/06/2020) I was at home and the delivery person didnot come. End of the day they assigned my status to Undelivered Due To Consignee Premises Closed / Shifted. The last day of assured delivery is today 23/06/2021. Also they gave a fake phone number of the delivery person Manas Bayan Ph no of this delivery person : [protected] With numerous calls to the customer care no of GATI they keep on saying they cannot give me alternate number of delivery person, and no help whatsoever.
