I booked a pickup from old rajinder nagar, Delhi on 6th January 2022. Since then my luggage has not been dispatched from Gurgaon warehouse. It's to be delivered to chhattisgarh. I'm calling on these 3 numbers and none of these 3 are responding to my call. They are not giving me my docket/reference number. They arranged my pickup and billing was done by them only. Verified Support Jan 21, 2022 Gati-KWE Customer Care's response Dear Customer, This shipment booked from another vendor which is GATI PACKERS & MOVERS not from GATIKWE request you to co-ordinate with them. Request you to kindly share your contact number for further co ordination.
