I just want to share my experience with Gati Courier Tez Gati Courier Services for transporting my luggage from Bangalore To Ahmedabad.
we recently moved from Bangalore to Gandhinagar and unfortunately selected Gati Courier for Transport Services.
Here is the torture we felt.
1. Without informing us they added Insurance charges for our luggage and then spoke like "ye to aapko dena hi padega" as invoice is generated.
since we had our luggage with them with no choice we had to pay that amount
2. Their Laborers came and packed our luggage in which we had 6 plants as well, to which they said no issues, we will deliver it . At the time o[censored]nloading the luggage we got to know that plants were never dispatched. They keep insisting to pay full amount otherwise we wont deliver the luggage.
3. their workers came home drunk and I had my wife, may mother and my 1 year old daughter at home (my only mistake is i kept quiet on that particular day as I was concerend about my family's security but when I raised a companint next day to management they kept shouting on me saying no my workers will never come like that)
We have gone through a lot mentally in last 7 days and I would sincerely request everyone not to go for Gati couriter
