Gati Packers And Movers — Fraud done in transportation of my car

I booked a pickup from Magarpatta, Pune, Maharashtra, to Agra, Uttar Pradesh for my car through a company called Gati Movers and Packers. Initially, they told me the amount for transportation is 17, 000 rupees. and shared a quotation too, which has the 17, 000 rupees written over it. Now, at the time of delivery, they asked me for 35, 134 rupees, which I couldn't deny paying, since they had my car, and also, I was not available at Pune at that time to retrieve it.
The person's name whom I booked the transportation was Abhishek Sharma, that's what he told me, not sure if the name is real or not
