Gati Packers And Movers — Over-charging for services

I recently engaged Gati Car carrier for relocating my goods from Bangalore to Mangalore. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Despite making a prepayment of 3000 rupees, I encountered unexpected challenges with the delivery of my belongings. The company demanded an additional 6440 rupees for an unsuccessful initial trip, which I find unjustifiable and against the original agreement. and pick up date[protected], delivery date told me[protected], Delivery received[protected] but still not received my refund amount 6440 rs
