Gati Packers And Movers — Victim of fraud packers and movers

I am in a tensed situation, that I am not in a position to describe it in word. Still here the story:
I have booked packers and movers to shift things from Hyderabad to Bangalore. as promised by, they are not delivered my things and not responding my calls and msgd. It so feels like I have been scammed by frauders. The website is http://xn--gatkwe-yva.com/ in this I contacted +91 [protected] and he directed to Raj, he who dealt the whole thing.
Now he directed to driver Dinesh. Both are now not confirming the delivery. I had 50K insurance and paid 3% for the same.

Just to know, is there any possibility to get the things back? Please help.

Updated by Ambika\'s World As I mentioned they are fraud and so there were no docket number was given.

I have mentioned the website if you observe this is not Gati KWE. But they used name as gati packers and movers. I have informed the thing to Hyd City Police and in this while they have helped me to get me belongings now as they had arrested one of the stuff of these fraud company. THEN THESE people started responding me. Police pressured them toh return my things. Upon which they requested me to return my complaint before they deliver. I did the same.

Yesterday I received my things but the delivery boy and Rajpat Sharma (on call) told me to payment rest money and it is not possible to check all my things availablity in details by the delivery boys. They told koi tension nehi 'saare box hain toh saman bhi rahega'.

Later once they gone, i started checking all the box, openning and things available or not.

Almost all the things was there but two items were missing a wifi router (cost approx 3 thousand) and a Bluetooth speaker portable (cost approx 4 thousand). Once I observed carefully i noticed two box items packing was disturbed. They shuffled this things between two boxes. Now, I have informed Rajpat Sharma he said he will see and upon asking status he is giving excuses. I had 50K insurance of which 3% amount was also paid to them. But there is no way of claiming the same as their website is also fake. Can you help in this please.

Yes these people are big time fraud. Dinesh is the main person here. They tried to fraud me too. Gati packers and movers. They will send a different quotation and later once loaded and truck is gone. They will start telling you more and more amount. Beware. These people need to traced and put behind bars. Really bad exp and mental harrasment
