Worst service ever. Please read this before you fall into their trap!
I scheduled a pick up on from delhi to shillong. I called them 2 days before that is on 12th to place the pick up request, and they happily obliged. They asked me to keep the packages ready before 12 pm and they will come and pick up the packages anytime between 12-4. Me, being a working person took a day off from work, got up early to make sure the packages were ready before they came.
To my surprise, i never got a call from them. 2 pm. 3 pm. 4pm! Still no call!
I had enough and i called them. They said that the pick up is confirmed and gave me the number of the person (Deepak) who was supposed to pick up the packages. And to my surprise again, the number was fake! I called them up again. They gave me another persons (Surender) number who was supposedly the head of their unit. He gave me an alternative number for deepak. I finally got through to him, only to find out that he had no intentions of coming to pick it up. I was explaining him the situation, and before i know it, he cut my call.
As angry as i was, i called the call centre again and as usual they kept forwarding my call to people. This time it was their senior miss smitha, who with a very concerned tone said that she will call the delivery unit and find out and "ensure" that my things get picked up today itself. She said she would call me personally and update me about the status. 2 hours passed 3 hours passed.. No call.. So i called again at 7. My call was out on hold for 30 mins. 1 ars being cut for every minute. Finallt i get through. This time they had totally crossed all their limits, saying madam, pick up is not available at this hour"! I insisted that i speak to their senior"ms smitha"who absolutely refused to speak so they forwaded my call to another senior who said again" let me call the delivery unit and find out". And as usual, i didn't get a call back
False hopes after false hopes.
I hope after reading this, you would rather pay 15000 and above to other reliable agencies like agarwal packers and movers. Atleast people are more professional and it will ensure safety of your belongings.
