[Resolved] Gati — Worst Service - Product Not Delivered - Don't ship products through GATI

Hi, I have purchased a product in pepperfry.com on[protected]. They have shipped the product through GATI transport. Product arrived my home town on[protected]. but the product has not been delivered till now. I have contacted GATI and Pepperfry.com several times. they are dragging the issue but delivery has not happened. Gati complaint no[protected] dated[protected]. below are my product tracking status. it shows that I am out of station.but the fact is they have not contacted me till now. I went to their office for collecting the product 3 days back.but their office closed.I have gave my phone no and address details to the person nearby. but nothing has happened. Beware don't choose GATI as your courier partner.
