Kindly solve my pending pass certificate its almost two months 10 days but still status pending which i have applied for pass certificate.

I have applied for issue of original passed certificate in Gauhati University on 1 Feb 2023. Till date, the concerned Unit of Gauhati University has not take any actions against the all long pending cases for issue of original passed certificate.

Please take necessary action against all long pending cases of original passed certificate issue as early as possible.

I had applied for issuance of original passed certificate through Gauhati University official website. Now, 6 months passed, there is no progress for the case. They have not checked the website properly whether there is any pending or required documents resubmitted. Please do needful action in case of issuance of original certificate.

I forgot i old user id so i need new user id in order for me to be able to apply for online documents request .

i am Hemanta sharma studying in B.com 2nd sem (honors).Mangaldai Commerce College, Mangaldai.My father and mother is spelled wrongly as my father's name should be as Parameswar Sharma and my mother's name should be as Roshna Sharma, and now that my parents name is spelled in every document of my college/university.I request you to please correct my parents name as same as hslc admit card name in the records of gu university and also issue a notice to my college department for the correction

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the incorrect surname of my father mentioned in my registration card for BSc 4th semester CBCS in Anthropology (honours) at Dimoria College, which is affiliated with Gauhati University.

During the registration phase, I inadvertently filled in my father's name as MILAN RONGPRE instead of MILAN RONGPEE, which is the correct surname. Unfortunately, I only recently noticed this error, and I am concerned that it will impact my entire life.

I request that Gauhati University correct my father's surname in my registration card to RONGPEE, which is the correct spelling. I understand that it was an honest mistake on my part, and I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to support this request.

I hope that the university will take prompt action on my request and make the necessary corrections as soon as possible.

Dear sir im Undergraduate student in English (hons)...sir when i did registration then by mistake i gave signature in the place of photo and in the place of registration card i put signature ..after that i correct that mistake...but still it was looking the same..

But the details in my profile said not paid also the receipt is not available for download. I need my refund or receipt either of these urgently.

Applied for Original Pass Certificate of BA on 7th of August 2022 i.e seven months back but the certificate has not been issued by the University till date.I have approached the Certificate Branch of the University numerous times but no proper response has been given by the University and I have even submitted two application for emergency to the Registrar of the University but still in vain .I have also requested that the certificate was in urgent need but still in vain.Therefore I would like to request for help and submit this complaint to do the needful.

Hello Gauhati university, we are from Nagaon girls College department of political science session[protected]. Recently 18 student from our department is been shown as arrear in our 4th semester exam in SEC subject in contrary we appear the exam and attend it. Now our 6th sem form fill up is on going and yet Gauhati university isn’t responding us… shame on this university board we had our future goal and planned but I see this university is playing with student career by making such issue and not responding … please see our matter soon

I had applied for my original pass certificate almost a month ago for my job purpose outside Assam. The status is still pending and I want it on emergency basis to submit it for my onboarding of my new job and they won't allow me to onboard without it. I am a student of affiliated college of Gauhati University. I have given non-cbcs bsc 2nd semester arrear exam on August 2022 but the university has not declared results till now. I thought they will declare results within 2 or 3 months so that I applied for Msc in one of a university in Tamil Nadu. But it's 6 months, the university has not declared results. My university in Tamil Nadu need result in this month urgently otherwise I have to quit my MSc course. Kindly help me, my career is at risk.

I, Lonee Saikia, a student of B.Ed. 2nd year of Krishna Bora B.Ed. College, Lanka had submitted reevaluation form, the money had been deducted but the reevaluation form could not download.

Applied for original certificate of graduation (2009 batch) on 7/sept/2022 through online portal.
Fees was deducted and necessary doccuments uploaded. But till today when almost 135 days has been over but only status showing processing.
It is not possible to come over guwahati university every now andthen for the outsider of the city .
Please maintain the logic behind the use of e -technology in such procedures, otherwise it will be not at all benificial for the students.

I have submitted my exam pdf on time and since it was during the pandemic and online exam was going on I passed all the subjects but failed in two of the subject which led me to arrear in my 3rd and 6th semester results I have already contacted the college authority but they ignored saying I have to appear again which is really a delay in my academic year since I have appeared the exam and not absent which I can proof with screenshots please help me kindly

I applied for BSC 1st sem Revaluation for the subject english on 16th November 2022. Money was deducted from my account but I didn't get the revaluation form. Now whenever I try to login to the revaluation form it doesn't show anything. I can provide all the necessary details for proof, either I want my revaluation form or my money to be paid back to my account.

I have completed my 3 Years LL.B(H) Degree from Dispur Law College, registered under this university and after which I have applied for my Original Pass Certificate on 0406/2022, but till today I have not received my pass certificate, as a result I have not been able to enroll myself to the Bar Council.
