I was applying for my original degree certificate at guportal on 5th June 2022 and when i tried to pay through UPI, the amount of Rs.830 was deducted from my account but the payment failed in the website. I have attached the screenshots of my payment successful status o[censored]PI and its failure in website. Kindly check it and refund the amount in my account. I have contacted twice through email but i did not get any response...

It is here by informed you that i applied for my original certificate of b.Com, for the year 2012-13 on 13.03.2022. But till now I'm awaiting for it. I also visited physically 3 / 4 times, but the dept is delaying for it. It is very urgent for me to submit it for my higher studies. Kindly take responsibility for it. Hello, This is Deepsikha Devi, a student of M com. 4th semester of Nalbari commerce College under Gauhati University.. I had filled the examination form of m.com 4th sem and paid the examination fee of Rs.1100 and the same was deducted from my bank account.. but when I log in my I'd my exam form download section is not displayed even the payment is not showing as paid.. I want to know what is the reason behind this.. please help me ASAP.....

We appeared for 1st semester examination year ago, online mode because of the pandemic. However even everyone wrote almost same answers plus we have our written proof (hardcopy). The results of 1st semester are out after we appeared for the 3rd semester finals that too with 0marks in few subjects. Are we mad? I have made a payment for my WES Application, the money deducted but transaction failed. And above all I have travelled all the way to university for the same, but the officer says to apply online. They dont have enough courtesy to respond to a student who have travelled all the way to assist them offline where as their online portal is a total waste of time as once payment is deducted, you are pretty much helpless as you have nowhere to...

Sir, With due respect I will like to state that my money got deducted from my account during the registration but it says my payment fail whereas my money was already deducted from my account. Please look into the matter. It ain't a less amount....

I completed my bachelors in the year 2016 and applied for original degree paying 750rs for it...but now it has been 2021 but still awaiting for the degree...i even went to the administrative building for enquiring about it..they showed me the register telling me that it is in process and soon i will be getting my degree by post...now i am trying to look for any information i can find but there is no option about enquiring into previous batches...

my DOB was wrongly filled during BA 1st sem online Registration in 2020 .
After that i had contacted phonically to GU help line potal and made number of application for to NODAL OFFICER and GU.
Now GU helpline portal do not Attend any phone call .

So I request you to correct my DOB as far as possible.
