I have applied for original pass certificate of BA and also made the online payment on the same day that April 6. I have also received the message from Bank about the deduction of my balance but when I checked the application status, it still shows pay now. Moreover when I checked payment verification it shows payment not confirmed. I am attaching the screenshots of my balance deduction and message from the bank.

Am a student of M.A 2020 batch geography department Sonapur College under gauhati university. With due respect and humble submission I would like to state that 29th convocation registration online form was filled up by me but when I made the payment it showed "Payment Failed" and so I made the payment second time but again it showed "Payment Failed".So a total of Rs.5060 was deducted from my bank account.Although when i recheck my payment status was Successful and I could download my Payment Receipt.But an extra Rs.2530 that was deducted from my bank account I couldn't get it back. I would like to ask your help to check on my issue.

I have applied for my provisional pass certificate since 2021 December and it's still under processed.. It's has been more than three months. I need the certificate for Enrolling as an Advocate and also to appear BAR exam. All my payment is successful. My ID is DC_[protected]

Today I have made an payment of INR 560 for my exam form submission . But it show failed.
So after some time I have made an another try to sumbit it and make an payment of same amount of INR 560. But its decucted the double amount of INR 1120 . Fraud guwahati University . The fraud portal.

I have applied for my provisional pass certificate in the year 2021 but has not received yet Since I'm from law background i really need the certificate for Enrolling as an Advocate and also to appear bar exam but it has been kept on hold because of them and I have been reaching out to them but so far no update on the issue. For proof my payment ID is DC_[protected].

My 5th semester's internal marks were sent to GU but still not updated yet...
How could you be so irresponsible?
My result is stuck just because of that reason...

I have made a payment for my WES Application, the money deducted but transaction failed. And above all I have travelled all the way to university for the same, but the officer says to apply online. They dont have enough courtesy to respond to a student who have travelled all the way to assist them offline where as their online portal is a total waste of time as once payment is deducted, you are pretty much helpless as you have nowhere to go, there is no single number that is provided in the portal that practically works!

I completed my bachelors in the year 2016 and applied for original degree paying 750rs for it...but now it has been 2021 but still awaiting for the degree...i even went to the administrative building for enquiring about it..they showed me the register telling me that it is in process and soon i will be getting my degree by post...now i am trying to look for any information i can find but there is no option about enquiring into previous batches degree related queries...it shows only option of new registration...

I have completed MBA(IIP) from the Gauhati University. Recently I have applied for the Degree Certificate from the guportal.in. I have paid the saide money and was waiting for my degree certificate. It has been more than 1 month now, no certificate received. Also when I checked the status now, it's showing no declaration form uploaded. No communication has been sent from the university yet. Also, I am trying to communicate with University over email with registrar, there is no response from University. All i need is now, to get my Degree Certificate from the Gauhati University. Please help in this matter.

Dear sir payment of Rs 740 deducted through UPI paytm of PNB but BBA 4th sem form not generated and showed payment pending in student portal. After that I paid 740 ones again through sbi debit card and this time BBA form generated.
So I request you to Refund Rs 740 which I paid through UPI paytm to my bank account.

Sir I am Priyam Krishna Borgohain residence at Sripuria, Sir I submit an application for PG programme vide application no 2080493, sir I did it at cyber cafe dated 29/08/2021. Sir I told the boy that select the venue at Dibrugarh University, but by mistake he did it as Guwahati University, So therefore i request you to kindly change to venue to Dibrugarh University instead of Guwahati University.

In this regards I also mailed to

I am currently giving my 6th sem final exam of bcom
My exam has started from 28 august on the very first day i was able to log in to the website for the otbe for my exam and also i have successfully uploaded my answer script
But on 31 august i was not able to log in and it was showing that the detail are invalid
I tried to call the gu helpline number that has been provided a lady picked up the call and i started to explain my problem i was very nervous because i have to write for my exam as well thn she asked my gu registration number and she said that the detail are provied by college is wrong and go and ask your college about it she was soo rude it seemed like i have been daily calling her and tourturing her let it be tho
Thn she told me to contact my college i called at my helpline numbr they said that its rubbish how come we can provided wrong information if we had provided wrong information then how can you log in on your first exam
Thn again i called the gu helpline number as usual she was rude i started to tell her that maam the information which has been provided my college can’t be wrong agar galat hota thn 1st exam mein kaise khulta she literally said we don’t knw aapke college se hi galat info dia hain unhe contact kijiye
See i was already very nervous the helpline number was provided to help us not to behave rudely with the students
I was going through so much at that moment but the lady didn’t really took a minute and hanged my call it was her duty to help me out that is why i called I was helpless at that certain moment

I paid the fees and the money has been deducted but the website shows that i need to pay the fees please look into it

Sir/Ma'am, I have done all the Requirements for the form and did the paymen but it is showing payment fail even tho the amount was deducted from the account. Please look into it do the needful. Thank you

I have registered for pg admission and paid but my payment has not yet been confirmed hence my application is not yet approved . I have tried mailing and calling the given helpline number but all are switched off . Honestly this is not expected from a prestigious university . Along with this i also mailed about some corrections i had to made but the website doesn't allow one to correct the mistakes . please take necessary action since the last date is very near so that i don't have to pay it again .

I've dropped one mail and also tried to contact over the mentioned phone no, but couldn't get into touch .
