My name is saraswathi k. I applied for a loan in gayatri finance ltd by seeing the ad which came in the "times of india" newspaper and i call them to know about the procedure. They told me to send all the required documents for the processing of loan application for the amount rs.500000 which is for business purpose. The next day which is on[protected] i received a call from them stating about the approval letter and to process the loan application 1% processing charge of rs.3500, then we sent the amount through money transfer and afterwards i got a call from them to sign for the e-stamp agreement copy and to send 25, 000 advance amount which will be refunded back after 3 months. Finally after signing and sending the advance amount of rs.25, 000. I have not got any confirmation of loan amount of rs.500000 from them and also they are not picking up my call when i called several times. So, nobody trust or believe this kind of fraud company. They meant-"to cheat people and earn money from them".

This fraud company address is mentioned. The cheaters are residing in ahmedabad and maharastra.
