GBIC — 3 Policies sold against settlement of one policy.

I want to file complain against gbic
I received calls from gbic. This was regarding a policy i had with tata aia. Due to some financial problem i was unable to pay premium of last three years. These people know all my policy details, i don’t know how. They convince me that they will definitely help me out from this problem and i will get all amount, i have invested in tata aia with all interest. They told that i have to switch to third party policy, then they convince me that they will freeze my amount for 24 hr and to get this amount in my account i have to purchase one another policy as third party policy. I agreed, so that they can freeze amount which i had paid to tata aia, which is around 1 lac, and with 8.7% interest for 10 years it goes to 1.87 lacs. Then next day they said that they have freeze my amount and to due to which they can switch to tata aia policy against this new policy. They suggested me exide life insurance policy having policy term 15 years and premium term 10 years with premium amount 24000/- and within next day they sold me one new policy from exide life insurance with policy no.03411357 on 20/09/2016. This all conversation was with kapil sachdeva from [protected] said he is calling from gbic (Governing body of insurance council) he was really persuasive went on and on about how i will be beneficial in his case as gbic is a governing body and looks all policy related matters. When i purchase exide life insurance policy then they told me that the amount i should get from fund releasing department of tata aia (Rajesh srivastava [protected]) is under taxable amount, due to which i have to pay rs 65000/- to government which is non-refundable otherwise, i can purchase one more policy with 65000/- yearly premium and fund releasing department will generate tds code, so that once fund will release then they will cancel this policy and refund my 65000/- along with 187000/- in my account. As i was very badly needed this amount back, i purchase again new policy from hdfc youngstar udaan from credit card with policy no 18798144 on 13/11/2016. They told me that now they will transfer me all amount in my bank account within 20 days. They told me that once tds code will generate they will contact me for bank details. After few days i call them for further update then they told that some local agent had generated their agent code with hdfc young policy due to which fund releasing department of tata aia is unable to generate tds code. I was in deep trouble now. They are really great fellow, they know better how to fool anyone. They almost forced me that i have to purchase another policy of 65000/- annual premium otherwise my all outstanding amount will go to charity and i won’t get any things. Previously i had used my credit card for 65000/-. Now after requesting several time kapil told me that i had to purchase policy for 41500/- and for rest he will give employ code to fund releasing department of tata aia. I was in deep trouble i don’t understand what to do. Again i forced for new policy, i used my credit card again for purchasing new policy of hdfc youngstar udaan with policy no 19007725 on 14/02/2017. But before purchasing new policy kapil sachdeva has told me that they will arrange a call from hdfc young regarding cancellation of previous policy of 65000/-. Then a call come from hdfc regarding cancellation and told me that this amount will transfer to my account in the month of april’ 17. When i bought again new policy then kapil told me that my all outstanding amount will transfer to my account in between april to may 2017. But when i call kapil for update then this time he again told me that my all policy is in cancellation mode and now i don’t have any running policy then how can gbic will transfer your amount. If i want my all outstanding amount then i have to make one last investment of rs 75000/- otherwise my file will be closed for ever. Now i don’t have any choice, i lost my all bank balance and all credit limits. Now credit card department started threatening my for their payment. Meanwhile i also lost my job.
They have a vast group and they are from gbic and collect all data from gbic and used it for their own interest. They got commission against each sell of policy. All call records of our conversation with every related persons are available me.
So please take action against this type of fraud person who is using very confidential data of gbic for their personal benefits and i want my all money back
