Worst isp ever. Paid for a 6 month plan initially. No issues in the first month, but the second month was worse. Only 5 days the internet was active. The customer service is the worst, no return calls and replies. Local people are useless. I have requested a refund for the rest 4 months but they dont seem to attend to take away the connection. Do not use this service. I was using excell broadband at my old house which was miles better and the customer service is amazing. Even though there were hiccups in the beginning, they solved all the issue in 2 days.
