Gcn Broadband — issue with network not working many complaints made online and calling cc

I have taken 6months prepaid plan, frequent disconnection happing, have called many times customer care and issue not getting resolved permanently.
I requested for cancel my connection and refund the money and not getting response. I am attaching the online complaints made and not getting resolved. Because o[censored]npredictable service endup loosing my work loss of my money and time.
