Gcn Broadband — non reliable connectivity

I have had connection since december 2017, and i’ve not seen a more unreliable connection. I often have to work from home and the connection goes off. I want a refund of half of the amount remaining as i paid advance for 6 months expecting an uninterrupted service. Often the customer care numbers keep changing and the ones on website are not functional when i try.
