Gcn Broadband — Worst connectivity | |||||
I took GCN Broadband connection 2 months ago, the first month was okay but from second month the problem started. The connection drops every 2 to 3 days and I have to make a zillion calls before they actually solve it. When you call, they pick up and say it is being looked at and again you call, they say the guy is on his way or still working on it and when you actually call the line boy who actually checks for wire cut or disconnection problem, he has no clue at all that I have a problem or he will just support them by saying he is still working on it. They also do not have any professionalism when it comes to work, they just do not care about customers, infrastructure is very bad for them to run this business. They also give excuse like UPS is down so no internet. I am on mobile hot spot most of the time as I work from home because of this and draining my mobile data and losing my more money. Please do not take this connection at all by any chance if you want any peaceful life. Was this information helpful? | |||||
